75' Luxury Power Catamaran
Design Brief
This design from Jutson Powercats is a larger sister to the 62 now being built for a Singapore based client at Custom Cats in New South Wales. The 75 expands on the theme of luxury tropical cruising but this time the owner is in the West Indies. The vessel will be built at specialist cat builders CISL Marine in Trinidad.
Living in the tropics means that this boat will already be where most people dream of going. As such the vessel is set up with entertainment duties as a priority. A single helm station on the spacious bridge maintains maximum room for main deck living in a massive architectural space afforded by the 9.3 meter beam.
The large galley resplendent with every modern convenience tucks away in the starboard quarter providing a central service access to the main salon, bar, aft deck (via servery window) and the bridge via a dumb waiter. The rest of the area is set aside for living in grand style with two separate lounge areas, elevated dining for 12, a marble bar, and a versatile AV area that allows wide screen viewing from most positions.
The in-hull accommodation features an owner’s stateroom and three guest cabins all with en-suites and personal entertainment systems. Two separate crew cabins, one for the skipper are in the forward section of each hull as well.
The fun continues on deck with a massive covered aft entertaining deck with large swim platforms, a boat deck with a 14 ft Jet Drive RIB and a Waverunner, and a spa pool on the foredeck.
Power is provided by twin Yanmar 650 hp engines with power generation by two Onan generators, a 27.5kW and a 9 kW. This is to allow for light use when the AC system is off. This modular chilled water system is capable of 184,000 btu output.
